You have the exclusive right to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, given that preparation has not started. If you wish to cancel your order after the preparation has begun, please understand we may not be able to offer a refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately at +39 0471 051000. You can report the issue within 24 hours of the delivery and arrange for a replacement or a refund. We may require photographic evidence to support your claim.

Quality Concerns
